• What you type into the appointment form is not stored on the site; the form opens WhatsApp or your e-mail app with a prefilled message to the clinic you chose. You send the message yourself.
• No advertising or marketing cookies. Fonts are served from the site itself; no requests are made to Google Fonts.
• Google Maps loads only when you choose to load it.
• Cookieless, privacy-friendly visit statistics (Plausible) run only if enabled and only with your consent.

Appointment requests are processed by the clinic you send them to (Nifa Dent International Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği (Bornova) ve Özel İzmir Dent Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği (Karabağlar)) as an independent data controller. For details, see the Data Protection Notice (KVKK).

The form asks for your name, phone number, preferred language, preferred clinic, topic and message, plus a mandatory explicit-consent checkbox. When you press Send, nothing is saved to any server; your browser opens a message prepared from these details in WhatsApp (wa.me) or your e-mail app. The message only reaches the clinic once you send it from your own account.

If you use WhatsApp or e-mail, your message passes through that provider's infrastructure (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta or your e-mail provider) and their own privacy terms apply. If you would rather not, you can phone the clinic directly; numbers are on the Contact page.

Servers of Google, WhatsApp (Meta), Plausible and the hosting provider may be located outside Türkiye.
